Our roots trace back to historic Staunton, Virginia, and we have since expanded to include a network of group homes and sponsored residential homes across various locations. Each home is tailored to offer a comfortable, supportive, and engaging environment that promotes personal growth and independence.

Our Staff
Our staff have over 35+ years experience working with and helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
We are very passionate about serving others as many of us have family members in the disability community and we are committed to interacting with and supporting each person we serve as a member of our family.
We have both Residential and CE Staff fluent in ASL to communicate with individuals with hearing or speaking difficulties. We provide ongoing, frequent, and state-approved training to all our staff members to ensure we are providing the most recent and comprehensive care to our residents/ CE participants.
